Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Axeman Technology Solutions LLP ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you visit AI Brand Tracker (the "Service"). The short version: we collect very little, we do not require an account, our analytics are cookieless, and we do not use advertising cookies. We do use Google reCAPTCHA for security, which may set a cookie, as explained below.

Information we collect

The Service has no accounts, logins, or sign-up forms, so we do not collect names, passwords, or payment details. We collect only:

Analytics, without cookies

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to count visits in aggregate. It does not set cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other websites. The data it produces, such as page-view counts, approximate country, referring site, and device type, is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you.

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your data. Our analytics are cookieless, so nearly all pages set no cookies at all. The one exception is our waitlist sign-up form, where Google reCAPTCHA (described below) may set a cookie in your browser to protect the Service from automated abuse.

Bot protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

To protect the Service from bots, spam, and automated abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA (v3), which loads only on our waitlist sign-up form. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (such as device and browser data) and interaction signals, and may set a cookie, in order to assess whether requests are automated. That information is handled by Google as described in the Google Privacy Policy, and its use is subject to the Google Terms of Service. We use it only for security and fraud prevention, never for advertising.

How we use information

We use the limited information above to operate, secure, and improve the Service, to understand which content is helpful, and to respond to messages you send us. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

A note on the data we publish

The leaderboards and website pages on the Service describe public websites and domains, not our visitors. That data is derived from third-party search volumes and our own automated ChatGPT prompts, as explained in the methodology. It is not personal data about you.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the Service, including our hosting provider, our cookieless analytics tool, and Google reCAPTCHA (both described above). Each processes only what is needed to provide its service, as described in this policy and, for Google reCAPTCHA, in Google's own privacy terms.

Your choices and rights

Because we do not maintain accounts or visitor profiles, there is very little personal data tied to you. If you have emailed us and would like us to delete that correspondence, or you have any question about your privacy, contact us and we will help. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal data we hold about you.

Children

The Service is intended for a general, professional audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
